Hosts and guests can cancel a reservation at any moment before the check-in time. Hosts can set their offer as Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. Be sure to check the Cancelation Policy before taking any action, by going to www.francerent.com/en/trips and choose your reservation.

After check-in time:
Hosts and guests can request a refund or cancel an ongoing reservation only by contacting us directly. Our team will analyze the request in accordance with the Cancelation Policy and will provide a response by email to both host and guest.
