If the renter cancels without a valid reason, penalties will be applied (depending on the cancellation conditions chosen by the owner):

Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. All the conditions are displayed on the page of the service

Only a special weather report allows the renter to cancel his reservation at no charge. You can find an amicable arrangement with the renter by changing the rental dates.
