Payment is sent 7 days after the end of the reservation. Transfers are not sent on public holidays or weekends.

This period gives the guests the opportunity to file a complaint on-site if your service does not match your initial description.

You will receive the amount of the reservation in the form of a bank transfer.

To receive this transfer, it is important to fill in your bank account information (RIB) in the "My Account" section and then "Payment Information", as well as providing a scan of your identity card or passport in the "Documents" tab.
